The City of Foley proudly presents a cultural heritage exchange among ALL of our past sister cities and the City of Foley in the form of a fun-filled festival in Foley Heritage Park (behind the Depot Museum) including a Free Friday night concert and Celebrate America Concert and fireworks for the Grand Finale on Sunday!
