Although we are confident that your vacation to our Gulf Coast area will be a wonderfully memorable experience, we realize you will have some concerns regarding the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

To ensure that you can plan your vacation with confidence, we are providing our Peace of Mind Promise. This promise means that if oil does impact our shores, you may cancel your trip at any time up to 24 hours prior to your arrival (before 3 p.m. on the day before your arrival date); you may choose either to receive a refund of your rent or to relocate to a comparable property in an area unaffected by the oil spill.

In the event your vacation experience is impacted by the oil spill reaching our shores after your arrival, and you choose to leave, we will refund the remaining portion of your unused rent. Another option that you may choose is to relocate to a comparable property, from our 1,700 condo and house choices, in an unaffected area or beach.

* Go ahead and plan your trip to come to the Alabama Gulf Coast - if you haven't already made your reservation, give us a call or book online today.

* Please have patience and wait to cancel any currently planned trips. IF the oil slick reaches our beaches, there will be immediate response to clean the beaches for your enjoyment, and we will keep you informed in a timely manner of our current conditions.

* IF the oil spill does impact our area and you decide to cancel your trip prior to arrival, you may do so at any time without penalty or receiving a cancellation fee and your pre-paid rent will be refunded.

* If upon arrival, your vacation experience is affected by the oil spill, we will refund any unused portion of your stay (including waiving your cancellation fee).

* Find and follow trusted sources of information on the spill. Updates are generally posted multiple times each day as conditions and projections have proven to change frequently. We have provided links on our website to help you access the trusted websites for the latest information

Spectrum Resorts pledges to our valued guests that we will always put customer service first. We require no payment until you stay. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. While enjoying our resorts, if, at any time, the oil spill adversely affects your vacation, we will issue a 100% refund of the remainder of your stay.
